If your recruiting workflow starts in XING, Dripify is not a direct XING solution: Dripify describes its product as automation for LinkedIn and email. ZingBot works in your own XING account. The useful question is therefore not “which tool is better?” but “which account contains the candidate list and inbox?”
Dripify information last checked on 7 September 2026 against its official website and FAQ.
Is Dripify an alternative for XING?
Not for a workflow that must operate a XING account. The Dripify homepage positions the product around LinkedIn and email campaigns, and its recruiting page describes candidate outreach through those channels. That does not operate a separate XING candidate list or inbox.
This is not a quality ranking. Dripify may fit a process whose target account is on LinkedIn. A XING process needs a XING connection. See our broader guide to LinkedIn automation for XING for the category-level answer.
How do the workflows differ?
Both approaches organise outreach into a sequence. The difference appears before the first step: Dripify starts with LinkedIn or email contacts, while ZingBot starts with a list for XING. Requests, messages and reply handling therefore stay in their respective networks.
| Check | Dripify | ZingBot |
|---|---|---|
| Target account | LinkedIn, with email sequences | Your own XING account |
| Recruiting path described officially | Candidate outreach across LinkedIn and email | TalentManager import for recruiters |
| Sequence | LinkedIn actions, conditions and delays | Write the message and follow-ups once, with salutation, title and last name |
| Reply handling | Campaign and inbox functions described on Dripify’s product pages | Works the list in your account and stops when someone replies |
| Recruiter product | The FAQ lists LinkedIn Recruiter Lite as compatible | TalentManager import when you have XING Talent Manager yourself |

What does the TalentManager dependency mean?
The TalentManager path matters only when the candidate list lives there. The TalentManager import requires you to have XING Talent Manager yourself. LinkedIn recruiter products and XING Talent Manager are separate work environments; automation does not make a list in one available inside the other.
When does using both make sense?
Using both can make sense when a team genuinely works across both networks. Dripify can cover its documented LinkedIn and email workflow, while ZingBot works the XING list in the team’s own XING account. Campaigns remain separate, and contacts, replies and platform limits are not merged across LinkedIn and XING.
Which limits and controls apply?
Automation does not remove the rules of the target network. Dripify’s FAQ describes built-in processing limits and activity control for LinkedIn actions. ZingBot remains subject to the limits and checks of the XING account being used; specific values can vary by account. We therefore do not promise unlimited activity or freedom from account restrictions.
If you are searching for LinkedHelper for XING or Lemlist XING, apply the same test: use the vendor’s current documentation to identify the supported target account and the location of the candidate list.
Short decision
- For a LinkedIn and email workflow, assess Dripify against its official documentation.
- For XING or XING Talent Manager, use a XING workflow.
- If your team works in both networks, two separate tools may be the accurate setup.
